 Folks,

   Thanks to those who responded on this.  After identifying the source
of the problem the hard-coded CVS options, I went in to our local copy
of 1.0.2 and simply modified cvs_preferences.c and cvs.c to remove the
-A option.  Works fine for us now.

   I would have to agree with Biswapesh's comments on the need for some
sort of "pluggable" VCS architecture for Anjuta, but I personally have
no spare time whatsoever to devote to it.  Possibly in about 6-7 months
-- but by then, someone else will likely have done it already.  Thanks
to having the source, I was able to fix our problem, which is good
enough for now.
