Excellent, Shane. Thanks a lot for your great feedback on call-for-participants & proposal. I should send you the draft of those two documents base don the Summit 2008 before (Call-for-participants & proposal), I apologize I didn't do that. 

I really like those new ideas you bring to us. So I would like to invite you to edit our two documents : Proposal & Call-for-Participants. Then you can merge the good content from you to our current documents. Mario and I will share them on the google doc, so we can edit them together. 

I will send those google docs in another mail.

That means the website needs to be finished...who is doing that?,

Several people will focus on the website: Will is the lead for the website development team.

also, Mario, Emily, Behnam, will help on update the content for this website. If there is a Vietnamese version of this website, a local translation team is needed. I am sure, later, more people will join to help on the website.
