This seems to always get missed, be advised that all speakers will need to submit documents (copies of passports), a copy of their presentation in both English and Vietnamese, and a transcript (in English and Vietnamese) of what they will say to the sponsoring organization (probably Quang Trung Software City). There should be some people at QTSC that can translate the presentations and transcripts for us. I recommend adding this to the budget.

Visa rules just changed in Vietnam. I am not sure which visa status speakers and participants are allowed to enter now. Hopefully a tourist visa (C2) will suffice. If you expect to stay longer, just be aware that many people are only getting 1 month visas now. Lucky ones can get a 2.5 month visa.
