Hmmm, Edit->Wrap Body should reflow the mail except the signature, and
Edit->Reflow Paragraph should reflow only the paragraph where the cursor is
in...

I am already working on that, including the correct call of PAN from balsa is
there is a news uri. I'll also check the url recognition (honestly, I still
have to install pan on my box - I returned only a few days ago from an
observing run :-/). Thanks for your hints!
