Weird bug with dead_circumflex & dead_diaeresis

Hello everyone,

Maybe this is a gtk (or even X) bug but I've got this bug when I first try
to use dead_circumflex, it won't work then I swap on another viewport using
my mouse's wheel and go back to previous viewport and it now works. I can
type î,ô. (same prob. with dead_diaeresis) 

NB : I can type é,à,ç,... from the beginning.
