Balsa 1.2.4 - Disappearing Mailboxes

Well, I thought this problem was solved, but after restoring my Outbox
by using the shell command 'touch ~/mail/outbox', when I rebooted it
was gone again, and also my Trash box.
Re-touching restored both.
There is obviously a problem with 1.2.4 that did not exist with 1.2.3.
