That is a strange bug (freeze on view->flat index), I cannot always
reproduce it. Sometimes Balsa freezes, sometimes not. Tested with mbox
mailboxes size vary

The problem in 2.0.6 was slow opening of large mailbox'es and very slow
rethreading - it took 17 minutes show flat index in mailbox with 5000
letters on 750Mhz Athlon with 256 RAM.

This is not directly related to Balsa, but what may go wrong if Balsa is
compiled with gcc 3.2, but my kernel with 2.95?
