Serverside threading

Hi all,

I still have one major issue left with 2.2.x and that's the threading  
in the message-list. I know it's meant to be done on the server side  
now, but obviously my IMAP-server doesn't support that.

I'm running courier-imap. Any hints on how to investigate this  
capability for a given IMAP-server I have full access to?
