Log:
	* jhbuild/config.py: Sanitize PYTHONPATH by removing entries like
	'::'. This causes problems for dbus-python. As this is caused by a
	distro (OOorg Mandriva package), better to avoid/fix this for
	everyone. Ok'd by fredp.
