Log:
Recent modifications in PWLIB do not set a name on the 
main thread anymore. That leads gnomemeeting_threads_enter
to take the GDK mutex when it is not supposed to be taken.
Added guard against that. This removes a few unexpected deadlocks
which magically appeared in the last weeks.
