[pitivi] pitivi-git-environment: Use GStreamer 1.0.2 instead of master

    pitivi-git-environment: Use GStreamer 1.0.2 instead of master
    
    Also make the it more tolerant towards checkout failures.
    If a module (ex: GES) doesn't have the release tag, check out "master".
    Don't pull --rebase when using anything else than "master".
