    Revert "ci: Allow flatpak job to fail"
    
    The issue with the nightly runtime has been resolved, so we
    can again assume that any job failures are our fault and fail
    the pipeline.
    
    This reverts commit b6fe92aca82dea60656e38bc8657ef23ceccb08a.
