    content: update privacy policy.
    
    Thanks to ender, drc, nielsdg, Wormnest, demib0y and pippin for their
    feedbacks and proposals for changes.
    
    - s/community of developers/community of people/ because we are not only
      developers.
    - English fixes.
    - Adding a cookie policy.
    - Be more accurate on the update check which is just a static file
      request.
    - Add points about metadata and local run data (logs, config files,
      cache, etc.).
