Dia at the SVG world gathering: SVG Open

Dear Dia developers,

With the SVG Open conference this year situated at the campus of a
technical university i guess this would be the perfect podium for Dia to
present itself.

For presenting, short abstracts have to be in before March 1st. We
encourage you to do so. After that there's more time for the full paper.
