Use Dia to view Visio files

Hi

 

My company was used to use MS Visio to make diagrams but the license is no longer available.  Therefore, we would like to change to open source alternative, like Dia.  However, we can't use Dia to open old .vsd files.  From the internet, I find this one:

How can I do that? Is there any hints in Help?
