We spent most of the meeting wrapping up the Annual Report, which is going to be printed on Monday, July 18th! Any last-minute edits need to be sent to Jeff by Sunday, July 17th at 17:00 UTC. 

Cassandra is also writing a blog post for the Engagement Team blog and it's ready for editing: https://etherpad.gnome.org/p/Engagement_Blog_Interview_Julita. She will post on Monday, July 18th.

Notes from July 15th

• List of recipients: We need to update the list that @Jeff has.

• Printing: Jeff will print in Canada on July 18th

Mailing: Nuritzi will pick up the branded postcards she purchased next week and will take them with her to GUADEC so that the Engagement Team can write postcards together while there and hand to Jeff in-person. Jeff will mail the postcards and Annual Reports to a list of recipients that Zana helps us put together.

• Budget: printing costs approved by Board. Now need to ask for a reimbursement for postcards.

• - @Zana: Look through the list of rAnnual Report mailing recipients and update it for this year. Keep the old data somewhere either as a tab or a separate spreadsheet.
