[Evolution-hackers] First Run Data

For the calendar at least we don't have a good spot to set up all the
default groups and sources when a brand new user (ie non-migrating)
starts up for the first time.  The first thing that springs to mind is
that we call upgradeFromVersion with 0.0.0 as the version.  Any
thoughts?
