It's the sound server for KDE.

You need to change the file ~/.gnome/Gnome to deal with working in KDE.

Look for this section.

[URL Handlers]

Put artsdsp before netscape for default-show, http-show and https-show. 
Like:

default-show=artsdsp netscape "%s"

Replace "netscape" with another browser if you don't want netscape
anymore.
