[Evolution] Evolution doesn't use gnome-keyring to store pgp passphrase

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting Evolution 3.6.3 to store my PGP passphrase in
gnome-keyring in both Fedora 18 and openSUSE 12.3 (prerelease).
Evolution 3.4.4 on openSUSE 12.2 looked to gnome-keyring for my
passphrase so that I never had to enter it myself (provided the keyring
was unlocked).

That is, I am seeing this prompt:
http://bugzilla-attachments.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=237453

When I want to be seeing this prompt:
http://bugzilla-attachments.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=237464

Evolution prints the following error when the "fallback" prompt appears:
(evolution:12112): e-data-server-ui-WARNING **: Keyring key is unusable:
no user or host name

There's several results for this error in a Google search, but none seem
related to this issue. In
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=693527 an Arch user is
getting the gnome-keyring prompt on Evolution 3.6.3, so I know it's
still possible....

Any ideas - should I make a bug (and if so, for what component)?

Thanks,

Michael Catanzaro
