Aside from Jeff's comments on toupper(), I don't think we want to do
this really. Changing the icon might make sense, or perhaps appending
the name of the component, or in the case of mail, the folder, with
either only the first letter capitalized, or the exact name of the
folder as is shown in the folder list. However, it must say "Ximian
Evolution", and not just "Evolution: %s" or whatever.
