Re: Friends of GNOME page



The Gnome foundation has applied for U.S. 501 (c) 3 status (tax exempt 
charitable/educational organization): it will likely take a few months 
more before that goes through.  We are tax exempt in California already.  
So it is quite possible that your donations will be tax exempt this tax 
year, though we cannot make any promises until the paperwork is all finished.
