@Kacper thanks for investigate source code, unfortunately for me is probably not understandable, at least now know that current is configurable date/time not posible :)

@Michael thanks fot answer, tooltip in message view i don't know before, better that none :) planned tooltip also in message list view will be more better, anyway is complicated add also configuration option(of course not set by default) for fulltime in (at least) message list view? Not necessary in menu/config, but at least hidden configuration via ~/.config/geary/*/geary.ini? ;)
