[Geary] IMAP and SMTP server settings grayed out

Fedora is still on Geary 0.12.4. I need to change the SMTP server settings from using SSL/TLS to STARTTLS, yet for all of the accounts in question, I found the server settings fields (except for the IMAP server password) all grayed out.

 

Is there a way of changing the settings once an account is created?
