[Gimp-docs] cage tool proofreading?

I have written a chapter about the cage tool.
(src/toolbox/transform/cage.xml). This description needs proofreading
and perhaps some rewriting. Someone to do it?
Moreover: The "images/toolbox/toolbox-[tool].png" needs updating.
Someone with a bit of spare time?
