[Glade-users] Use Markup in Glade

I am working with Glade-2 and python. Would like to change the font of my labels. Should I be using pango 
methods to change font, or is there another way? I see that Glade has 'Use Markup' property. What is that for 
and do I need to set/unset it if I use pango?
