Hi all,

This one fixes the build process using the wrong jar is GCJ is 
installed.  
It assumes:

1. The user has an environment variable called JAVA_HOME set to point to 
his/her SDK root.
2. The user has specified the SDK root with the --with-java-home configure 
option.
or 3. the user has put the SDK utilities in their path before anything 
else.  I.E.:

export PATH=/usr/java/j2sdk1.4.2/bin:$PATH

I've also patched the gnome-speech build process in a similar way.
