I can recreate using gok.

launch gok from an xterm.
branch to the "Launcher" keyboard.
select Help Browser.
select UI Grab.
xterm displays:

(gnome-help:1394): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid cast from 
`HtmlLinkAccessible' to `AtkObject'

(gnome-help:1394): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid cast from 
`HtmlLinkAccessible' to `AtkObject'
