We are in the process of defining the "requirements" of the upcoming
accessible desktop. We want the requirements to list the basic &
necessary preferences that are required for gok and gnopernicus to
make the desktop appropriately accessible. As opposed to preferences
that simply make the application nicer or more convenient to use.

Thanks for the pointer. Are there any other gok i18n issues other than
this bug?

Actually I am asking about i18n/l10n/g11n issues for my own curiousity,
and not specifically about this list of requirements that I am gathering.
I have been in a number of meetings where I have been asked to detail
the known i18n/l10n issues, and haven't been able to answer such
questions with authority. So, I just wanted to get a bit more familiar
with the issues involved.
