Aha, that was it. I've installed latest argyll, and now the button is
enabled. However, when I click it and select LCD, I then get the
"Display setup" dialog. If I click OK nothing happens - the dialog
closes but nothing else comes up. I tried running with -vvv and the
following came up:

TI:09:52:12	FI:gcm-prefs.c	FN:gcm_prefs_calibrate_display,381
 - failed to calibrate: failed to match display as RandR is faulty
TI:09:52:12	FI:gcm-clut.c	FN:gcm_clut_get_array,170
 - min=0.000000,max=1.000000
TI:09:52:12	FI:gcm-clut.c	FN:gcm_clut_get_array,176
 - falling back to dummy gamma
TI:09:52:12	FI:gcm-device-xrandr.c
FN:gcm_device_xrandr_set_gamma_fallback,351
 - using PER-SCREEN gamma tables as driver is not XRANDR 1.3 compliant
TI:09:52:12	FI:gcm-xserver.c	FN:gcm_xserver_remove_output_profile,477
 - found default, removing atom
TI:09:52:12	FI:gcm-xserver.c
FN:gcm_xserver_remove_root_window_profile,239
 - removing root window ICC profile atom

Any ideas?

Thanks
