remove the iodbc directory

in the configure.in there's a simple test

if test -d iodbc
then
   AC_DEFINE($HAVE_IODBC)
fi
AC_SUBST(HAVE_IODBC)
i think that should solve the problem for now.

rodrigo - can you correct the test for iodbc with check for
the arg-list?
