glossary started

Hi guys:
while we are discussing what is the best way of presenting glossary, I
think it is time to start writing one. I collected some words - *very*
preliminary list, just .0.0.1 version - take a look at

http://www.math.sunysb.edu/~kirillov/glossary

and send me more words! Also: if you have extra 10 minutes, try
writing a definition for one of these words and send to me - I'll edit
it and merge with others. I'll post the updates at the same place,
and later check it to CVS. Of course, because of license isssues, be
sure you didn't borrow the definition from some copyrighted
text/dictionary.

Is there someone subscribed to other documentation mailing lists
(OSWG, KDE, Debian,..) as well? Telsa? Dave? Could you send to these
list offer to join (do not forget to mention that it all will be
available under FDL, so everyone can modify it and use for his/her own
project).

Sasha
