libgnomecanvas reference docs

Hello. I got fed up with incomplete API docs for the libgnomecanvas-2
library so I completed them (for the most part). Where should I send
these changes? I have a tar archive of the docs/reference directory. A
small diff should be applied to one of the source files as well to get a
structure to document its fields. Otherwise I did not modify the source
in any way.
