Am I too late?

Hi,

Is it too late to plan to come to the conference and the Hackfest in 
Brno? I would love to help - and possibly to complete to that GTK+3 
Python tutorial that I was doing this summer (I'm almost there, but not 
yet!). In case I am not too late, is there something I should do?
