mouse-over highlights in toolbars

Hello all,

Thought of a cool suggestion today...

The panel mouse-over highlights could work pretty well in normal
application's toolbars.  This would probably be a gtk / gdk
pixbuf thing, since it's gdk pixbuf doing the highlighting.

Isn't integrating gdk pixbuf with the gtk distribution on one of
the to-do lists? Once that happens, is it inevitable that this
will happen?

Yeah, this isn't a huge pressing issue, but a neato suggestion.

But then, will that be a waste of resources?  *shrug*

Nevermind if you guys have already discussed this.
