gnome-media 1.2.3, part 2

Shortly after I sent the message here about gnome-media 1.2.3, I got a
couple of i18n-related bug reports. These have been resolved, and I'm
going to delay the release a couple days in case this will affect the
translation work.

A set of strings that were being concatenated at run-time to be printed
are not anymore. Before, it would have been forcing English word order.

Gnome-media is now using xml-i18n-tools to handle translations of the
.desktop files, as well.

I'll plan to release on Thursday, June 7.
