Personally I'd support this view that the default behaviour (no argument
added) of programs shouldn't be harmful if it's meant for public use or
announced to public. This is my own experience, not necessarily for
reference; but it indicates why I support that opinion.
When pozilla.sh is just announced in gnome-i18n list, I tried to grab it.
However no doc is available (somehow the manpage is missing), so decided
to look at the script to see what it does. After browsing the first half,
I think that it gets the statistics of all .po files, so decided to give
it a try.
However it failed to run, so I tried to debug it, only to find out that it
sends email to others automatically. It scares me out of hell......
luckily it failed and didn't send email.
