New team for Vietnamese (vi)

Hello,
We are happy to create a new vietnamese translator team for gnome.

The new coordinators for our team will be :

pclouds <pclouds@fptnet.com>

We have to make a new team because there are already 2 teams registered
but they seem not to work any more. I did contact with them some weeks
ago but still have no reply from them.

Any help for our team  would be very appreciated.
