intltool wierdness

Hello,

I find I can't produce .pot file for 'galeon' HEAD, and for many other
modules. A fresh checkout can't cure the problem. Must I use intltool
0.18?

Here is the error:

[lark@gw po]$ intltool-update zh_CN

intltool-update: galeon.po does not exist.
