We very recently moved to shiny new cvs hardware and a new cvs setup on
gnome.org, so I don't think adding the extra cvs accounts will be a
problem; we are not short on physical cvs resources any longer. Right
now though all bits and pieces aren't there yet since the move, and
while normal cvs operation for existing users is there, the creation of
new cvs accounts may have to wait a few weeks more.

However, if you'd like to use GNOME cvs for your application, I'd
recommend you to post to gnome-hackers@gnome.org right away giving a
brief resume of your application and why you'd like it to be in GNOME
cvs. Assuming that not many people object to this, you should assume
there is a broad consensus that your application is most welcome in
GNOME cvs, and proceed to requesting the actual cvs account(s) you may
need. The instructions for requesting accounts is outlined at
http://developer.gnome.org/doc/policies/accounts/.

And, finally, if and once you've imported monodevelop to GNOME cvs,
please let gnome-i18n@gnome.org know so we can include it in our
translation status pages.
