I think all these are dead modules, as menthos said... bonobo is not listed, 
nautilus-mozilla was just removed by him and radioactive is expecting 
confirmation before removal. But this last one was updated by me in January 
2002, when it was still listed as a GNOME 1.4 module (that had to be 
non-UTF-8) and as it never changed since... If it is not a GNOME 2.x module, 
it shouldn't even be listed in GNOME 2.x extras as I think UTF-8 on those 
translations would break it...

Isn't this an old left-over from incorporating battstat into gnome-applets? 
Aren't the battstat strings now in the gnome-applets po file? If so, maybe 
the po files in gnome-applets/battstat/po/ should be removed. If not, the 
gnome-applets/battstat/po/ context should be added to the status pages. 
Anyway, I think the 1st one is true as I see several strings refering to 
battstat c code inside the gnome-applets po file.

Well... This is the only one I think should be maintained in UTF-8 for 
consistency sake. But this is no "real module" and translations being in 
ISO-8859-1 does not break anything. Anyway, I should consider this for 
update specially because I updated my glossary terminology when reviewing 
all GNOME 2.6 strings and did not merge the changes into this file.

I think one of the most important side-effects of this work was to remind us 
that maybe we need to clean from extras the dead modules so that no 
translator resources are waisted in not-to-be-released modules. There are a 
few that haven't had a string change in over one year. Although that does 
not mean they are dead (the new code may only containg new functionality) or 
that no new releases are being made, most probably they are. Even if the 
maintainers are not considering them as dead but only as "hibernating for a 
long period", maybe they could be temporarily removed from status pages and 
re-added when the maintainers decide to "wake up the module".
