Hi:
I am happy to announce new releases of accessibility libraries at-spi,
libgail-gnome, and gnome-mag, for both gnome-2.6.1 and gnome 2.7.
at-spi and libgail-gnome:
These are support libraries for assistive technologies which make the
GNOME desktop accessible by persons with disabilities.
The following bugfix releases are available in the GNOME 2.6 "stable"
series:
AT-SPI 1.4.2:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/at-spi/1.4/
libgail-gnome 1.0.4:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/libgail-gnome/1.0/
In addition, at-spi-1.5.1, the first release of at-spi in the "unstable"
GNOME 2.7 series is available from
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/at-spi/1.5/
gnome-mag:
This library defines a magnification service API and a reference
implementation for GNOME; it includes the standalone binary "magnifier"
utility.
Version 0.10.11 for GNOME 2.6 is available at
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnome-mag/0.10/
A new version, 0.11.1, which includes support for the new DAMAGE and
XFIXES X server extensions, is available for testing and provides
magnification of the "source display" cursor and automatic refresh of
changes to the source display when built and used in DAMAGE +
XFIXES-enabled environments. You can get it from
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnome-mag/0.11/
Best regards,
Bill and the Accessibility Team
