strings move in GIMP

Hi,

just a quick heads up that we are moving some code around in the HEAD
branch of GIMP. This will cause a couple of translatable strings to
move from po to po-libgimp. This change should reduce the number of
translatable strings since more translations can be shared between
the core and plug-ins/scripts.

I suggest that you wait until the move is completed (in a week or
two), then move translations from po to po-libgimp in one step.  I
could probably also let a script do this for all po files. If you
would like me to do that, please let me know.
