Panel refuses to work very well..

Hi there...
With todays (98/12/1) cvs snapshots of gtk, glib, gnome-libs,
gnome-core, the panel is having some mental problems.
1) gnomepager_applet refuses to start. It just doesn't come up. Same
with a lot of other applets too.
2) Other applets don't start with any predictibility. There's about a
25% chance of them coming up.
3) Adding an app launcher crashes when the pick icon dialog box is
displayed.
4) The panel hides under the enlightenment close thingys down the bottom
right hand corner in the default theme, which it never did to me before.
