libgtop and gnome-libs autogen fails

Hi,

See below for the output.

libgtop and gnome-libs fail in autogen.sh. I have compiled and installed all
the dependencies (I think), including gettext 0.10. It would appear to be some
sort of gettext problem.

I'm running FreeBSD 2.2.7.

Any ideas?

Lyndon
