A new release of gnome-python

I have just put out a new tarball release of the gnome-python module.  It
should works with the latest GTK from CVS (and gtk+-1.1.9), and the
GNOME_STABLE branch of gnome-libs.

At the moment, the tarball looks the same as the gnome-python CVS module,
but by getting the tarball, you don't need to patch automake.

You can get gnome-python from
ftp://ftp.daa.com.au/pub/james/python/gnome-python-0.90.tar.gz
