Problems getting started

I've been having some problems getting 0.13 to compile, it looks like a
problem with templates, but am not sure.

This is the compiler output when linking panel:

mico-c++ -g -O2 -o panel drawer.o gdkextra.o main.o menu.o mico-glue.o
mico-parse.o panel.o panel_config.o panel_config_global.o panel-widget.o
gnome-panel.o -L/usr/local/lib -lmicocoss2.0.3 -lmicoaux2.0.3 -lmico2.0.3
-lXt -lgnomeui -lgnome -lgnomesupport -ldl -lgdk_imlib -ltiff -ljpeg -lpng
-lz -lgtk -lgdk -lglib -lm
-L/usr/X11R6/lib -lSM -lICE -lX11 -lXext
mico-glue.o: In function `send_applet_shutdown_applet':
/usr/include/mico/var.h:118: undefined reference to `L123273'
/usr/include/mico/var.h:118: undefined reference to `L123274'
/usr/include/mico/var.h:118: undefined reference to `L123275'
/usr/include/mico/var.h:118: undefined reference to `L123293'
/usr/include/mico/var.h:118: undefined reference to `L123294'
/usr/include/mico/var.h:118: undefined reference to `L123295'

[etc...]

The system is linux RH5, with gcc 2.7.2.3 and mico 2.0.3.
Any clues as to how to fix the problem will most appreciated.

Thanks,

- James.
