ORBit instructions?

My app is near the stage where I'll throw CORBAisms into it.
Are there any docs available describing how to setup and use ORBit?

I am running orbit-event-server and orbit-name-server as user jgarzik on
my workstation, and hoping that will work.  :)  But I doubt that's correct.
