Install and use the system you like more.  If you're more familiar wiht
Redhat, use that one.  If you're familiar with Debian use that one.  If 
you don't know both of them, check out their web pages and give both of
it a try.  Then decide.

Mainly it's a matter of personal preference.  Both distributions are
good and bothe have their advantages.
