to get gtk+ theme support try this:

        cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.gnome.org:/cvs/gnome get -r
themes-2 -d gtk-themes gtk+ 

this should check out gtk+ into a directory named `gtk-themes' (just so
that
you don't overwrite any existing `gtk+' directory).

to update the directory do:

        cd gtk-themes 
        cvs -r themes-2 update -d -P 

I hope the themes-2 tag is the latest. I haven't tried this in a while.
