Okay...I need to officially register myself as an idiot.  My eyes are
bugging out and I completely missed the next section in the FAQ that said
how to get themes working.  I think I've been staring at these screens for
too long...time for vacation, or caffine.

As my punishment, I will try to produce something useful from the MS
product of your choice.
